Outlive Biology provides access to:

• Lab testing facilitated through Junction Health (Vital) and processed by Quest Diagnostics.

• Telehealth consultations provided by licensed clinicians through TelegraMD.

• Prescription fulfillment through Southend Pharmacy.

• Integration of data from third-party wearable devices.

• Subscription-based access to our platform, dashboards, and educational scoring systems.

Outlive Biology itself does not provide direct medical care. All medical services are performed by licensed third-party providers.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Information provided through the Outlive Biology platform, including dashboards, scores, and educational content, is for informational and educational purposes only. Our scoring system, based on the American Heart Association’s Life’s Essential 8 (LE8), is not a diagnostic tool. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Memberships are billed on a subscription basis, monthly or annually.

• Devices may carry a one-time purchase fee.

• Medications and certain lab services may be billed separately unless included in an all-inclusive plan.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

• Fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Outlive Biology is not liable for errors, delays, or inaccuracies in data provided by third-party labs, devices, or pharmacies. We disclaim liability for any damages arising from use of our services, except as prohibited by law.

6. Arbitration & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from your use of Outlive Biology will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will take place in Delaware, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

By using our services, you waive your right to a jury trial or class action.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. NY and NJ Rights

Patients residing in New York and New Jersey have the right under their respective state patient billing laws to request an itemized price list from [company name] for their laboratory tests.
