These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Outlive Biology LLC (“Outlive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a U.S. state where Outlive operates to use our Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Outlive provides health-related information and services through licensed clinicians. However, the Service is not intended as a substitute for your primary care provider or emergency services. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions regarding your health.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide personal and health-related information. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Some features of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. By signing up, you agree to:

  • Pay applicable fees through our secure payment provider (NMI)

  • Maintain valid billing information on file

  • Understand that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not guarantee a refund.

5. Data Privacy and HIPAA

We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to these practices.

Outlive is a HIPAA-compliant platform. Protected Health Information (PHI) you share is handled with safeguards required by federal law.

6. Third-Party Services

We partner with third parties (including TelegraMD, Klaviyo, and NMI) to provide EHR services, communication, and payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies and terms. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for third-party practices.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

  • To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

  • To access or attempt to access another user’s data without authorization

  • To interfere with the functionality or security of the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service—text, graphics, software, branding, and designs—is the property of Outlive or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms or any applicable law. You may cancel your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outlive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
